Since 1996, and with more than 70 years of food preparation experience from the “Trattoria”, the products are now also available in the Dispensa. Driven by the philosophy which has always distinguished us and is characterized by respect for seasonal products and local raw material we have, on a larger scale restored the antique tradition that was once typical on the farmhouse tables in our valleys. Thanks to modern technology and our Laboratory in Monteveglio we are able to put authentic taste into jars without using aroma aids or chemical additives. The recipes are those used in the “Trattoria”. Our long time friends are our experts. The rediscovery and the enhancement of the flavours of this part of Emilia arrive through good, healthy, consistent and original products.
